Regina Cassandra is busy promoting her upcoming film Vidaamuyarchi, directed by Magizh Thirumeni. The movie stars Ajith and Trisha in lead roles, with Regina playing an important character.
During a recent interview, Regina spoke about how Bollywood’s attitude toward South Indian actors has changed over time.
She shared that earlier, South actors struggled to get roles in Hindi films as opportunities were very limited.
However, she pointed out that things have changed after the pandemic. Bollywood is now actively casting South actors to reach a wider audience.
Regina also mentioned that she personally never faced such struggles and has recently signed a Bollywood film. Vidaamuyarchi is set to release on February 6th.
