The excitement is at its peak as Thandel starring Naga Chaitanya is set to release in less than 24 hours. Directed by Chandoo Mondeti and featuring Sai Pallavi as the female lead the film has already grabbed attention with its hit songs and gripping trailer.
However the real test will be how the audience reacts once it hits the screens. Advance bookings are outstanding and Thandel is on track to become Chay’s biggest opening.
A special screening was held for Nagarjuna, who reportedly loved the film. He was highly impressed with Chay’s performance calling it his best work yet.

Nagarjuna was especially moved by the emotional depth Chaitanya brought to the role, particularly in the climax, where he and Sai Pallavi delivered intense performances. Director Chandoo along with producers Allu Aravind and Bunny Vasu also praised Chaitanya’s transformation.
Playing a fisherman required him to undergo both physical and emotional changes to make the character feel real. The film was shot in real locations, adding to its raw and authentic feel. Now, all eyes are on Thandel to see if it lives up to the massive expectations.
