Popular Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane married her longtime beau and co-star Ameer Gilani in a fairytale wedding on February 5. Sharing a set of romantic pictures from her wedding ceremony on Instagram, Mawra captioned them: wrote, “And in the middle of chaos… I found you. BISMILLAH 5.2.25.”
For the nikah, Mawra wore a beautiful sky-blue embroidered lehenga, while Ameer opted for a charcoal-coloured traditional outfit. The newlywed couple looked picture-perfect in the photos as they could be seen hugging and smiling at each other while enjoying an intimate moment gazing at the sky together.
The wedding was also attended by her star sister, Urva Hocane and her singer-actor husband Farhan Saeed.
For the uninitiated, Mawra Hocane had worked in the Bollywood romantic-drama film Sanam Teri Kasam, alongside Harshvardhan Rane. The film is set to re-release on February 7. Directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru, the film failed to perform well at the box office but eventually gained massive popularity on OTT platforms.
Talking about Mawra Hocane and Ameer Gilani’s relationship, both have collaborated on Pakistani shows such as Sabaat and Neem and are reported to have been dating for a long time.
