YouTuber and podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, also known as BeerBiceps, recently faced backlash for his indecent comments on comedian Samay Raina’s show, India’s Got Latent, which sparked widespread outrage on social media.
During one of the show’s episodes, Ranveer was seen asking a contestant an inappropriate and offensive question: “Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life or join in once and stop it forever?”
Allahbadia’s crude comments drew massive criticism from netizens, who termed them offensive, leading to a legal complaint being filed with the Mumbai Commissioner and Maharashtra Women’s Commission. Following the intense backlash, Allahbadia has now released a public apology.
Taking to his X account. Ranveer released a video clip in which he apologised for his remarks and admitted that they were unfunny. He also asserted that he is learning from this experience and promised his followers to remain conscious in the future.

A legal complaint has also been lodged against Ranveer Allahbadia, social media influencer Apoorva Makhija, comedian Samay Raina, and organizers of the show, India’s Got Latent. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis also responded to the backlash, noting that Indian society follows a certain set of moral boundaries and that strict action would be taken against those who cross that line.
