Music director G.V.Prakash has started composing songs for the much awaited film Vaadi Vaasal, directed by Vetrimaaran and starring Suriya. He shared the update on Twitter posting a picture with Vetrimaaran from the composing studio.
Producer Kalaipuli S. Thanu also tweeted, calling it a “sweet start” for the film. Earlier this year, Thanu announced that the movie’s shooting would begin soon.
He made this announcement on Maatu Pongal a festival that celebrates bulls which is significant since Vaadi Vaasal is based on the Tamil novel of the same name centered around the traditional sport of Jallikattu.
Fans are excited about this project because it marks the first collaboration between Vetrimaran and Suriya.
There are also rumors that the film might be made in three parts but no official confirmation has been given yet.
