Over two decades after actress Soundarya’s tragic plane crash, new allegations have emerged against Mohan Babu. A social activist from Khammam has filed a complaint accusing Mohan Babu of involvement, linking it to a property dispute.
Soundarya died in a private plane crash on April 17th 2004, while heading to Karimnagar for a political campaign.
Initially, the accident was attributed to pilot error. However, the recent complaint claims Babu pressured Soundarya and her brother to sell a six-acre property in Shamshabad. After their refusal, he allegedly took control of it after her death.
The activist has also sought police protection, citing threats. While no FIR has been filed yet, the complaint has reignited discussions about Soundarya’s untimely death, with growing demands for a fresh investigation. Mohan Babu has not responded to the allegations.
