Manoj Kumar passed away early this morning in Mumbai. According to reports he died at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital at 4:03 AM. He was 87 years old.
Doctors had been treating him for health issues for some time. He passed away due to a severe heart attack cardiogenic shock caused by acute myocardial infarction.
He was also suffering from liver problems in recent months. He was admitted to the hospital on February 21st after his condition worsened.
Known as ‘Bharat Kumar’ for his patriotic great films Manoj was born in Punjab and became one of the top actors in Hindi cinema.
He has many remarkable films in his collection.
