At the pre-release event of Vishwak Sen’s Laila, Chiranjeevi once again revealed details about his next film before an official announcement.
After speaking about Laila, Chiranjeevi confirmed that his next movie will be directed by Anil Ravipudi, who recently delivered the hit Sankranthiki Vasthunam. He said the film will be a complete comedy entertainer, marking his return to the genre after many years.
The shooting for this movie will begin in summer, and it will be produced by Laila’s producer Sahu Garapati along with Chiranjeevi’s daughter Sushmita Konidela.
Chiranjeevi expressed his excitement about the project, saying Anil’s narration had him laughing throughout.
He also mentioned that working with Anil reminded him of his old collaborations with legendary director Kondanda Ramireddy. With this confirmation, the hype around the film has grown even more.
