VV Vinayak is one of Telugu cinema’s top mass directors, but after a series of flops, he hasn’t been getting big offers.
Despite this, he continued demanding high pay. He recently directed the Hindi remake of Chatrapathi with Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas, but the film was a disaster.
For the past two years, Vinayak has been dealing with health issues and even underwent a liver transplant last year. Though he recovered, he has been resting for the past few months.
The latest update is that he has fallen sick again and is under medical supervision. Experts are treating him, and industry celebrities like Sukumar and Dil Raju visited him, while several actors and directors spoke to him over the phone.
For now, he won’t be taking up any film projects, focusing only on his health. Though he is out of danger, he is still unwell.
