Actress Pragya Jaiswal is currently basking in the success of her recently released Telugu movie Daaku Maharaaj. She shared her thoughts on which Bollywood actor would be perfectly suited to play the lead role in the Hindi version of Daaku Maharaaj; the actress promptly picked Salman Khan.
She also provided justification for why Khan would be the ideal star to play the character of a notorious dacoit on the big screen. The titular character has been played by Nandamuri Balakrishna.
Speaking to IANS in a candid conversation, Pragya said, “I think Salman Khan sir would make a great dacoit. There’s a lot of horse riding in the film, and he’s so good at it. He’d really bring the character to life.”
She also spoke about her character in Daaku Maharaaj and stated that she was initially scared of playing a pregnant woman in the film. However, she took up the role as it was an incredible opportunity that she hadn’t done before. “It excited me to step out of my comfort zone, and I’m so glad I took on the challenge,” she added.
Directed by Bobby Kolli, Daaku Maharaaj is a Telugu-language period action masala film starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, Bobby Deol, Urvashi Rautela, Pragya Jaiswal, Shraddha Srinath, and others.
