In a recent interview actress Alia Bhatt shared that her favorite character from her films is Gangu from Gangubai. She added that her friends often say the role reflects her personality.
During a Podcast Alia spoke about her journey in the entertainment industry, how motherhood changed her, and how she manages ADHD and anxiety.
When asked which role she related to the most she said “I don’t say this but the people who love me and know me say I am Gangu. They call her my alter ego”.
She further explained that while she doesn’t relate to Gangu’s circumstances, she connects with her personality, confidence, and bold nature.
“She was very gangster, and I think that’s my alter ego,” Alia added.
